Q. How much does it cost to use ExamBuddy as a student?

A. ExamBuddy is free to all students. This is no cost associated with a student account. There is only a cost for educators who wish to create and maintain activities and materials on ExamBuddy.

Each on-line activity is simple to create using our templates. You can create a variety of activities to suit any K-12 grade level curriculum.

Application 2: Math Learning Games Maker

You can create fun flash-based animated math games that test various skills. You can create in seconds math activities that help students learn simple to advanced math skills in a fun environment. Problem types include: basic Math skills, order of operations, missing digits, fractions, decimals, greater than/less than and more.

All results from their games are analyzed for you and posted to your results section. This gives the ability provide students with a fun learning environment and still see where their weak points are and address those weak points with future games. You can easily document there progress. All you have to do is click the "Print" button. Exambuddy does all of the scoring and analysis for you.

Application 3: Online Quiz Maker

Exambuddy makes it easy to develop, administer, and grade on-line quizzes. Our suite also provides teachers the ability to track student results on on-line quizzes and surveys. You can set a custom mastery score for each on-line quiz you create. The results are provided with an item analysis that allows you to see how a class as a group or individuals scored on questions you created. This feature provides you with automatic feedback and allows you to revise your specific classroom instruction to meet the needs of the learners.

You can create a simple web page for each class you create with Exambuddy. The web page maker works from a simple template. You just add the text you would like and simply click "Create". The seamless creation of web pages makes it easy to keep your web pages updated. It will take you minutes to update your calendar and web pages on a daily basis. With ExamBuddy, you can create multiple choice surveys for all of your students to participate. After all students log-in, their answers to the surveys are recorded and reported back to you through the results manager.

Application 9: Class Message Board

Each class you create can have a private threaded class message board. We provide all members with a security feature that requires students to log-in in order for an individual to post a message.

Every time a student posts a question/response, the student is identified. Communication between students, parents, and teachers is documented. This revolutionary application will save you a great deal of time.

Application 10: eNewsletters

When you create an account for a student, you input his/her email address and the email addresses of his/her parent(s)/guardian(s). You can at anytime send a text-based email newsletter to all of the students, parents, and guardians of a particular class. You can also choose to send the email to select students only. This makes it easier to keep your class up to date and on track. Parents/guardians are also kept updated on the developments of your class.

Application 11: Learning Units

Learning units allow educators to group related activities together in one comprehensive package for students to participate. This is more of an organizational tool for students. You can use an activity you created over and over again in new learning units.

Application 12: Upload Bank

Store up to 2 MB of your own files in any format for students and parents to download from their class web page. These files can be downloaded from any Internet-ready computer. This makes it simple to integrate your own favorite software applications with ExamBuddy.

Application 13: Student Account Editor

ExamBuddy allows all members to maintain 5 groups of 150 students (600 total students). This allows you for 5 unique web pages. Student log-ins and passwords are automatically generated for you.

Application 14: Results Manager

ExamBuddy's powerful assessment package allows the student, teacher, and parents to track the student's progress. Students receive immediate feedback on the activities, online quizzes, and surveys that you create via our scoring system. Students can learn what they get right and wrong with our immediate automatic scoring feature.

For on-line learning games, quizzes, and surveys; individual and group scores are reported back to the teacher in the results manager section. This allows you to see what content individuals, as well as the entire group are having success with or difficulty.
